Arabic AI chatbots for businesses with Arabic and English speaking customers.

We build AI chatbots for businesses whose customers write in Arabic, English, or a mix of both. The bot answers from your own documents in the customer's language, collects lead details, and hands off to your team. We run the project in English; the bot's Arabic answers are tested against real questions and reviewed by an Arabic speaker on your side before launch.

Service strategy

What an Arabic chatbot has to get right

Most chatbot products are built for English first. They struggle with right-to-left text, mixed Arabic and English messages, and the gap between formal Arabic and how customers really write.

We build chatbots for businesses with Arabic-speaking customers. The bot answers from your own content in the language the customer used, and it is tested against real Arabic questions before launch. We run the project in English, and an Arabic speaker on your team signs off the answers.

Language matching

A customer who writes in Arabic should be answered in Arabic, and one who switches to English should be followed.

Dialect and mixed messages

Real messages mix dialect, English words, and Arabic written in Latin letters. The bot is tested on these, not only on formal text.

Right-to-left display

The chat interface must render Arabic correctly, including numbers, punctuation, and mixed-direction lines.

Build process

How an Arabic chatbot build works

Every arabic ai chatbot development project starts with the business outcome, then the workflow, content, tools, prompts, and handoff rules are designed around that goal.

01

1. Collect content and questions

Your documents and FAQs, plus real customer questions in both languages.

02

2. Build the bilingual knowledge base

Content is indexed so the bot can retrieve the right passage whichever language the question is in.

03

3. Set tone and language rules

Formal or conversational Arabic, when to switch language, and what to hand to a person.

04

4. Review and launch

An Arabic speaker on your team reviews test answers; we adjust until they are right.

Ask Haseeb AI

Live

A live retrieval-augmented (RAG) assistant that answers questions about our founder's work from his own documents, and says so when the answer is not in them. New files are picked up from Google Drive, split into passages, embedded, and stored in a vector database; every answer is written from the passages it retrieves.

  • Automatic ingestion of PDF, Markdown, and HTML files from Google Drive
  • Token-based chunking (about 350 tokens, with overlap)
  • OpenAI embeddings in Pinecone, LangChain retrieval, FastAPI backend
  • Deployed on a VPS with Gunicorn and Nginx

Built with Python, FastAPI, OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone

What clients said about this kind of project

Published word for word, with the platform and date.

“Haseeb built an internal AI assistant for our team using our own documentation. The main thing we wanted was reliable answers instead of the usual generic AI responses. The RAG setup is working well and he also showed us how the system was structured so we can maintain it later.”
Sofia K.Direct client, August 2026RAG AI assistant + private knowledge base
“Haseeb did exactly what we needed. The project was an AI agent for handling customer enquiries and pulling information from our internal knowledge base. The first version needed some tweaking but he was patient with the feedback and improved the responses a lot. The workflow is now running properly.”

Arabic AI Chatbot Development: common questions

Direct answers about how this service works, what it includes, and how it is priced.

Have a different question?

Ask it directly. You get an answer from the engineer who would build your system.

Can AI chatbots understand Arabic?

Yes. Current language models read and write Modern Standard Arabic well and handle the main dialects with varying accuracy. For business use, the bot should be tested on the way your real customers write, including dialect and mixed Arabic and English messages.

Does the chatbot handle Arabic dialects such as Gulf or Egyptian Arabic?

It generally understands them, and it can be instructed to reply in Modern Standard Arabic or in a lighter conversational style. Accuracy varies by dialect, so we test with real messages and adjust the instructions.

Do our documents need to be in Arabic?

No. The bot can answer in Arabic from English documents and the other way round. Answers are usually better when the key content exists in both languages, so we tell you which pages are worth translating.

Do you provide support in Arabic?

No. We run projects in English. The chatbot itself speaks Arabic, and we ask that an Arabic speaker on your team reviews its answers before launch.

Where can an Arabic chatbot be deployed?

On your website as a chat widget with right-to-left support, on your WhatsApp Business number through the WhatsApp Business Platform, or both using the same knowledge base.

Is this the same as a free Arabic chatbot app?

No. Free chatbot apps answer general questions. This is a chatbot built for your business that answers from your own content and passes leads to your team.
