Reporting eats hours nobody pays for

Every month, each client report means logging into several tools, copying numbers, and working out which calls were real jobs. It grows with every client you add.

A roofer or a plumber does not care about sessions and impressions. They want to know how many real jobs the phone brought in. That answer sits in your call tracking reporting and form exports, and somebody has to listen, read and count before it can go in a report.

What's in the report pack

One finished report per client, every month. Your account manager checks it, edits the summary and sends it.

  • All your sources in one place

Search Console, GA4 and Google Business Profile reporting data, plus your call-tracking and form exports, pulled together for each client.

  • Every enquiry tagged, with a reason

Calls and forms are deduplicated, then each enquiry is tagged: genuine new enquiry, existing customer, spam or sales pitch, out of area, or unclear. Every tag has a one-line reason, so lead quality reporting is something your client can check.

  • Uncertain ones flagged

A silent call or an empty form is tagged “Unclear” and marked “Check this” instead of being guessed, so a person makes the final call.

  • A month-on-month table

Genuine enquiries by town or by service, this month against last, so the trend is obvious at a glance.

  • A draft summary to edit

A 100 to 150 word summary of the month, written for your account manager to edit and send.

  • Delivered in your template

The report arrives in the template you already use, under your brand. There is no new tool or dashboard for your team or your clients to learn.

Because the report goes out under your name and in your layout, it works as white label reporting UK agencies can send without any mention of us.

How it works

  1. 1

    You share access or exports

Read-only access to Search Console, GA4 and Business Profile, and CSV exports from your call-tracking and form tools.

  2. 2

    We build the report pack

Data is combined, enquiries are deduplicated and tagged, the table is filled in and the summary is drafted.

  3. 3

    Your account manager reviews it

They correct any tag they disagree with, edit the summary and send the report as usual.

Start with a fixed-price pilot

Try it on three of your clients before you commit to anything.

What happens on the 20-minute call

It is a working call, not a pitch.

  1. 1

You show one report you send now

Any client, any month. We look at the layout and what your client expects to see.

  2. 2

    We check your tools

Which call-tracking and form tools you use, what they export, and whether the data is enough to tag enquiries properly.

  3. 3

    You get a straight answer

Whether this fits your agency or not. If it does, we agree the three clients for the pilot. There is no slide deck and no pressure to sign.

How your clients' data is handled

  • Read-only access or exports only

We never need edit rights to an analytics property, a Business Profile or an ad account.

  • Personal details removed before sending

Call and form exports are sent to us with names, phone numbers and email addresses removed. We tag enquiries from what was asked, not who asked.

  • Pilot data deleted after delivery

Pilot data is deleted once the reports are delivered. We confirm the deletion date in writing before you send anything.

What clients said about his other work

These reviews are from AI and automation projects, not from this reporting service. They are published word for word, with the platform and date.

“Really solid work from Haseeb. We needed an AI agent that could handle incoming leads, qualify them and push the information into our CRM. He didn't just build the basic workflow, he also added the validation steps we were missing. Took a couple revisions but everything is working properly now.”
Ahmed R.Upwork, October 2026AI lead qualification agent + CRM automation
“Haseeb built an internal AI assistant for our team using our own documentation. The main thing we wanted was reliable answers instead of the usual generic AI responses. The RAG setup is working well and he also showed us how the system was structured so we can maintain it later.”
Sofia K.Direct client, August 2026RAG AI assistant + private knowledge base
“Excellent technical work. We had a complicated workflow involving webhooks, APIs, Python and AI and needed someone who could understand the whole process rather than just one part of it. Haseeb built everything and also helped us clean up some of the logic in our existing automation. Very good communication and delivered what we agreed.”

Questions agency owners ask

Is this another reporting dashboard?

No. Nothing is installed and nobody logs into anything new. You receive finished reports in your own template, and your account manager edits and sends them as they do now.

Which tools can you take data from?

Google Search Console, GA4 and Google Business Profile through read-only access, and CSV exports from your call-tracking and form tools. On the call we check your exact setup before you commit to anything.

How do you decide whether an enquiry is genuine?

Each call or form is read against simple rules agreed with you: what counts as a new job, which towns you cover, what counts as spam. Every tag carries a one-line reason, and anything that cannot be judged is tagged unclear instead of guessed.

What if a tag is wrong?

Your account manager changes it. The reason beside each tag makes mistakes quick to spot, and the pilot includes one round of edits so the rules can be tightened.

How much does the pilot cost?

The pilot is £299, fixed. That covers reports for 3 of your clients for one monthly cycle, one round of edits and a short note explaining how it works.

When do I pay?

Half before work starts and half when the reports are delivered. You are invoiced in pounds.

Are there any extra costs?

No. The £299 does not change during the pilot. Changes to ad accounts or tracking setup, SEO or PPC advice and client-facing calls are outside the pilot, so they are not done and not billed.

What does it cost after the pilot?

It depends on how many clients you report on each month. We agree a monthly price after the pilot, once we both know how long your reports take. There is no commitment beyond the pilot.

Who is behind Axenor AI?

Axenor AI is a founder-led studio run by Haseeb Sagheer, a software engineer who builds AI and automation systems. He is based in Pakistan and works remotely with UK clients. You deal with him directly.

Want to see it on one of your own clients?

Twenty minutes, one of your current reports, and a straight answer on whether this fits your agency.
