Who we are

Axenor AI is a founder-led studio run by Haseeb Sagheer. We build AI agents, chatbots, and workflow automation for businesses. This policy explains what information this website collects and what we do with it.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us:

• Contact form: your name, email address, business type, and your message.
• Chat assistant: the messages you type, and an email address or WhatsApp number if you ask for a human follow-up.
• Email, WhatsApp, or phone: whatever you share when you contact us directly.
• Server logs: like most websites, our server records technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested.

What we do not collect

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts, and it does not store anything in your browser to identify you. If that changes, this page will be updated first.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to:

• reply to your enquiry and recommend a suitable build
• prepare a scope and price if you ask for one
• communicate about an active project
• keep the website secure and working

The chat assistant

The assistant on this site answers questions about our services. When it is connected to an AI model, the messages you type are sent to OpenAI's API so that a reply can be generated. We send those requests with storage turned off on our side of the request. Please do not type passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information into the chat.

If you ask for a human follow-up and give contact details, a summary and transcript of the conversation is emailed to us so we can reply.

Who else processes your information

We do not sell personal information. The following providers process it on our behalf:

• Our email provider, which delivers contact form messages and chat handoffs to our inbox.
• OpenAI, which generates the chat assistant's replies.
• WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there.
• Our hosting provider, which runs the server this website is on.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to reply and, if you become a client, for the length of the project and any support period. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted on request, or when they are no longer needed. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local data protection law. To make a request, email us and we will respond.

Client project data

When we build a system for a client, we agree in writing where their data is stored, which providers process it, and who can access it before the build starts. That agreement, not this policy, governs client project data.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
